It is Sunday and all I want to do is sleep but I know I can't do that because I have too much to do to get ready for the week. We have soo much laundry to do I don't know if it well ever get caught up. My stomach muscles are sore today, and I don't have a clue why. I didn't do any specific exercise yesterday to speak of. I walked my tail off and rode the horses. I have been doing way more crunches but I didn't even do those yesterday. Good maybe I am starting to get somewhere with losing my belly. It is definitely smaller than when I started but I have this pooch. From the top of panties down is flat, and when I move or lay down right under the bottom rib sinks in, but I still have this pooch right in the middle. Anybody know how to work that part off I am game to hear it. I have grounded the kids from the pool and gym for this week so we will see how I get my workouts in without them. Chelsea is not grounded but I had to make them both believe me. I was told the other day that an elderly person had complained about the kids playing unsafe in the gym, which is a crock. But they felt they were doing something unsafe and instead of bringing to their mother's attention so I can do my job as a mom and keep my kids safe they went to the office. The only thing is they never told them in the office what was unsafe so we could correct it either. I was chapped for sure. My kids know how to work every piece of equipment in the gym and to do correctly. They have played with the exercise balls a couple of times but it makes me nervous so I put a stop to that, unless Michael is doing his balancing exercises for horseback riding. There are normally people stretching and doing floor exercises so I send Chelsea to participate in that cause it is easy for her, and the girls eat it up having her join in. They normally ask where she is if I don't take her with me. But being a responsible parent I had to punish my children for something no one is sure of what for, so that hopefully we don't know what won't happen again. But I told Chelsea that she will be allowed if it is just Mommy and her because I won't have anybody to be able to watch her for me during the day. Enough ranting over that one. I am not planning on doing anything today other than laundry and cooking dinner and washing dishes. I am even going to let the Birthday Boy do the feeding tonight. HAPPY SUNDAY TO YOU!
