I cheated on my diet with a small steak this evening, and a piece of supreme pizza for lunch, but oh my goodness I made myself work for it. I rode about 7.5 miles on a bike today with a friend, and made myself take my 3.5 mile walk too. Add time at the gun range to work on zeroing in the scope of my hunting rifle, and to get a few shots in with my anniversary present, I'm wiped, but I feel good. I plan to get up early tomorrow morning, repeat the walk, and my friend and I are talking about doing another bicycle trip tomorrow evening. We're also talking about going two nights a week after work. I'm excited to be adding a new activity to my repertoire.
