1702 kcal Fat: 59.96g | Prot: 83.29g | Carb: 213.92g.   Breakfast: Coffee-Mate Light , Semi Skimmed Milk, Porridge Oats, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Syrup. Lunch: Tinned Mackerel Fillets in Olive Oil, Caramel, Salad Cream (Light), Carrots, Sweetcorn, Tomatoes, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Boiled Egg, Dark Rye Crispbread. Dinner: Grapefruit and Orange Sections in Light Syrup (Canned or Frozen), Orange Jelly, Green Peas (Frozen), Savoury Rice - Chicken Flavour, Cooked Turnip, Ground Turkey. Snacks/Other: Herbal Tea, Jaffa Cakes. more...
