I really happy, even though I havnt lost loads I can see a difference in my body and I've been toning alot too so hopefuly some weigh is muscle. Either way I'm working my butt off so I can get into the 120's and I'm almost there. The weekends are often my downfall but no plans this weekend so I'm hoping to make it keep working.

Veganism is going well. I am starting to struggle with dinner ideas as I'm trying to keep low carbs and low fat too but its amazing what I can do with veggies now. Aiming to hit the gym three times a week consistantly too. :)
130.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thats fantastic. i love exercise. its good for every part of your body. your skin will be clearer. you will sleep better. getting through a tough workout makes you better at getting through a tough work day because it teaches you to breath through th though stuff. keep up the good work. you deserve to feel fantastic

How wonderful that you can see a difference in your body! Keep up the good work. :) Dinner ideas are terrible when you're limited to veggies, low fat and low carbs. At one point you're just done. You can play with "same veggies different spices" a little? Making your veggies into an Italian meal one night, Cajun the next and Indian on Friday (or ...)? Same veggies, different taste kind of idea. Anyways: keep up your good work!!!

Veggie are varied and amazing. All types of cuisines use little meat and lots of vegetables. The choices really aren't very limited.
