This week was good. I am trying to stay focus on the real reason to lose weight (being a healthier and happier me). Yes, it is good to see the number on the scale go down but it is more important to know that you are improving your health. Ten pounds down, I am feeling a lot better. Sixty five more pounds to go!!!!!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
