This week was very interesting. I was mainly trying to reorganized my schedule for workouts and plan meals. I am the type of person who to have a plan or routinue. Without a plan I fall to pieces.
227.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 62.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
