My size is finally changing again (decreasing that is XD) ,,,, my new pants are a bit looser but i can definitely spot the difference...
i'm not even gonna look at the scale,,, unless i feel more change in my clothes especially my pants around my hips where the problem lies...
I really can't believe i didn't give in to my cravings and was able to continue like i am now... 1 week of cleaning my system worked wonders .. and i Owe it all to my Fatsecret buddies <3
