Although Day 1 of my "fatsecret" debut, I actually just wrapped up my 6th week of diet/exercise on the MEDI Weight-loss Clinic diet. This past week was somewhat of a struggle, with the appetite suppressant seemingly wearing off later in the day. Doctor went with another half-pill to take around 3pm, and after starting the new rotation today, I am glad to say that appetite suppression is back to desirable levels! Still not sure what is causing my feet to hurt (besides 342 lbs riding on them), went with the size "wide" shoes which I thought took care if the problem, but today they somewhat hurt, although not enough to stop me from walking on the treadmill. Although I have been hitting rather high numbers weekly from the diet, I was hoping that by adding consistent exercise, I could increase the number. I hope to crack 300 by my birthday (May 5th) and am comtemplating making it a challenge, but I am still fairly new at this website, and don't want to screw anything up. For all I know, I may get blasted for mentioning that I take an appetite suppressant of that I lose more than the "moderate weight loss" of 1 lb a week. If I do, so be it, I am just tired of being overweight.
