Off today after working the weekend. I can alway fend off cravings and be really good on my diet when at work, but on my days off from work is when I get the weakest. I feel better with my perceived weight-loss this week than I did last week, which means I will probably not have lost as much this Thursday than I did last Thursday. Haha, the irony. BUT I have 3 more days (two of which I will be at work for) to try and make the best gains (or losses, if you will) possible.
