MY SELF TALK AS I WALKED TO THE POST OFFICE AT LUNCH TODAY.

Walk and do not stop until you want to drop.

That + backing off the carbs is the way to go now...really look at labels. The science of gaining body fat is simply. Too many carbohydrates in + very few calories burned equals stored energy into the fat cell storage tanks. The science of loosing body fat SHOULD BE JUST as simple, reduce the carbs and increase the calories burned will release the liquified fatty acids out of the fat cells into the blood to be used for energy.

I want to loose weight, but slow and steady exercise, plus biochemical, metobolic education with smarter food choices is the ONLY way to do it non-surgically. Remember I choose what goes in my mouth. I should at least understand what that substance does to me.

People rarely read food labels. If someone were to say "here, drink this" and they handed you a plain bottle that was covered, no writing on the outside, and you can't see or smell it....you just had to drink. Would you? That is basically what we all do when we eat packaged food. We trust the word of some company that says it is okay for us to consume their product.

Read the back of a Doritos bag, you literally need to be a chemist to understand half of what they are saying.

Don't eat bread, sugar, potatos, rice or pasta. Nothing white. Read everything you can about the Low Glycemic Diet and follow it.

And walk EVERYDAY until you can not walk any more. Somedays may be 10 minutes and others may be 60 but just do it.

Challenge yourself; don't cheat yourself.
