Feeling really tired and drained today. Guess all the sugar and junk is out of my system. Going to try to eat some more protein and vegetables to see if that helps. Thank goodness I took my multivitamin & B12 this morning!!

1-2 cups of broth (regular sodium) daily is supposed to help with low energy for anyone having less than 50 carbs a day (ketosis). :)
