I just have to keep posting my lowest weight. I'd like to weigh once a week, but I weigh everyday. Trying to keep myself accountable for the weight I've lost and not stick my head in the sand while I get back up to 188. I keep losing the same 5 pounds over and over. Progress is my goal, progress towards 150 and not binge eating. Participating in life doesn't make me fat, it's all the stuff behind closed doors that does. Hopeful :)
184.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
