OK It's been 5 days-no cheats. I am over the M&M craving. Walked by the M&M office several times a day with no interest. Sticking to plan but making sure there is variety. Went to the cafe at work yesterday and saw this glorious food but did not stop or buy.

Going to CA in the morning. Hope when I return on 8/7 I will be down to 225. Staying away from wheat is going to be a huge help. For my diet and digestion.
