Very STRESSFUL day!! Stayed on plan but had the desire to eat out of control! And my mind kept asking for the unmentionable foods... but I took control and said NO. Dad got a large order of fresh french fries and ate them in the car!! But it really didn't bother me. I had my diet coke and was fine.
Also purchased a new outfit for when I lose my next 10 pounds. New shorts & blouse - super cute!! XL shorts!!! Can't wait to wear them!! They almost button now!!
Stress you did not win today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am in control!!
