I should be happy that my weight stayed the same as last week! I had a challenging week end of crazy food being waved under my nose. I tried to rally Mon. & Tues. to make up for snitching during the week end. By the way my swollen ankles looked last night, I knew I was carrying water and hoped I hadn't gained a lb. or two! Breaking even works for me! That's behind me, onward to next week!!
