Wow. It has been a while once again. I am now 179.8. So close to my 174 goal. I thought I would never see the day I was in the 170's. I am almost without insurance so I really have to be careful with what I eat and CONTROL what I eat because I won't be on the Victoza shot anymore. I would really like to hit that 174 goal weight. It is so important to me. Hopefully I can do it. I would like to do it by the end of August. So I have about 4 weeks to pull this off. Let's see if I can do it! I need to start exercising. I haven't exercised yet and my skin is so flabby. I'm not even sure at this point that I can even firm up this skin. I honestly feel that it requires surgery. I talked to my little sister over the weekend and she said her friend was able to get a tummy tuck after losing so much weight, but they wouldn't do her arms which they felt was cosmetic. Ugh. I would have liked to get my arms done, too. Tummy tuck, inner thigh lift and lipo. That's what I really need in order to make myself feel better about myself. BUT.....I am petrified of surgery. Always afraid I won't be waking up from it. So that is what stops me. I would rather deal with my flabby skin than to be dead. I just don't want to take that risk. I don't know. These are all just thoughts. I hope no one reads this. LOL I guess that is about it for now. I will sign back on in the end of August and update my newest weight. Wish me luck!
