It has been quite some time since I last wrote. I am not doing the Fat Smash Diet, I am on an injection called Victoza which is helping me drop weight. It is for people with diabetes (Type 2). I am borderline. I still feel enormous and feel like I haven't lost any weight. I feel like I still look exactly the same. I really need to hit my goal weight, which is 10 lbs. from where I am now, but it is going to be a really rough 10 lbs. because the weight has been really hard coming off lately. I haven't been the best at my choices of eating lately. I need to stay on track and really focus on my goal. I am so close! I pray I don't blow it by bad choices. I know I am the only one to control that, but I am under a ton of stress and I am an emotional eater which makes it even harder. I love comfort food. I guess that is about it for now. Just wanted to check in quickly since it has been so long. Hopefully my next journal entry I will have lost a little more weight. My next goal is 207 (what I weighed when I met my husband). I am only 2 lbs. away from that. I have to hit that goal. I have to! Even if I don't lose any more weight than that. Wish me luck! I am going to need it. *WILLPOWER*
