Ok...I fell off the wagon big time. My old habits have gotten the better of me. Last night, I worked until 8pm and, of course, was STARVING when I left so I went to McD and over did it. I couldn't sleep last night so I've been awake since 6 this morning. By the time lunch rolled around, I was fading fast. I needed sugar so I went to Burger King. Now, it's time to get back on track. In the last 2 weeks, I've lost 2 pounds. I know I can do better than that. The beauty of weight watchers is that when you fall off track, you can always get right back on track. Thank goodness for that!
