Think I have hit a plateau. I can't get past 228 lbs. I need to change up my workout but I don't know what to do. I usually do 30min of elliptical 5 days a week and 15 min of weights 2 days a week. I watch what I eat and record it exactly. I believe I need to incorporate more cardio in my workout, I'm going to start doing the bike or stairmaster after the elliptical. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your chart says you lost a pound, so at least you are still losing. You might want to try to up your intensity on the eliptical. Our bodies get used to doing the same thing so it's good to change it up. Changing up with a bike is also good. Longer duration means more calories burned. Maybe check sodium content in the foods and make sure you get your water in each day. Make sure you get in your fruit, veggies, enough lean dairy and protein. The dairy can help with fat loss. Keep changing things up. Good luck!
