Haven't been on here in 41 days!!! but I have been keeping up on my workouts and my eating. I do slip up now and then but not too bad. I'm going to start charting everything on here again. Good to be back!!!

I started a new job this week and had to cut my workouts back a little but I have also been eating less so it works out!! I get off at 5:00 everyday so no more eating after 7:00. I lost 3 lbs this week so I'm proud of myslef Go me!!

Had Burger King and Pizza this week!! I can't believe myself!! I guess I'm allowed to slip up every now and then but I WILL not make it a habit.

I had Burger King Chicken Fries today!!! Did you know they have 500 calories in them? OMG!! What have I done!! I did work out really hard today though, I did 30min on the elliptical and another hour aerobics class. I will get back on board tomorrow, I'm allowed to slip every now and again right?

I did not record a weigh in for 2 weeks. It seems every 10 pounds I hit a plateau. So I waited to record something when I have lost weight. As long as the scale keeps moving I'm happy
