So chuffed with myself. 3 days of being 100% of clean eating. Water consumption excellent. Started exercising yesterday and boy did I huff and puff.
Got back into the saddle today and slightly better but not there yet. No bread, rice, potatoes, sugar and dairy for another 27 days!!
