Another week gone by and another loss recorded even if it is only a disappointing 1.8 lbs. It's like my body is battling to hold on to every ounce of fat, but this is one battle that I will win even if it takes twice as long as I estimated. I still haven't added any new exercise activities to my routine. I had hoped that 2 hours a day in the pool would be good for 3 lbs per week, but seems I was too optimistic. That means I will have to add another form of exercise or more time in the pool. In any event, my determination is steadfast and I WILL eventually get to my goal.
