Wedding on Saturday started with full fried breakfast at the B&B, canapes, three course meal followed by cheese. Then buffet. Washed down with gallons of booze. Oh dear.
Still, back on the diet today and hopefully will still manage to lose something this week. Unfortunately it will be much the same scenario next weekend, as I am going to a 60th birthday party. I plan to do a 5:2 week this week (though still calorie counting on the five!) to make up for the excessive weekends.
