Holidays are brilliant for rebooting your whole body and mind. Unfortunately, during the holidays, the weight also gets reset to a heavier weight. So, its back to the 5:2 fasting regime I think!!! :(
144.4 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
