Aaagh!! I've let myself go :( I am so disappointed. I was doing so well. I think the problem was I did so well and just assumed I would retain my weight going forward and relaxed. Unfortunately, with my type of body where I gain weight just by looking at food, I realise I need to always be vigilant. Its not easy and not fair but I have to accept this fact. So, back to my 5:2 routine and back to cutting down on alcohol!!! With a special birthday looming up early next year, I need to loose the love handles etc. So back to keeping my food and exercise diary's here on Fatsecret. Wish me luck all!!!
