Well I haven't had any exercise to speak of so far today. I have fed the horses and started on housework. I am going to try to make it to the gym before Michael gets out of school, but we are having our bathroom redone so I am not sure if I will make it or not. We are going swimming when he gets home from school I have already promised them that. We tried to go last night but they had a water aerobics class going on so we would have to wait until 7pm to go and that is too close to bedtime. We will go tonight and Thursday night, and I am taking Chelsea just me and her tomorrow morning, before going to the gym. I was determined to get swimming in 3 days this week and I will. I am doing better with smoking. I started on Lights Friday and I have only bought two packs since then. Friday I will drop down to Ultra Lights and then I will start the patches next Friday. I am taking the horses in next Wednesday to have their shoes reset, and I am still nervous about loading all three by myself. One or two is not a problem, but all three doesn't give them or me very much room. I am going to talk to a friend and see if he will just go with me in case I need help. I won't ever be able to do it on my own if I don't try, but I don't want to try by myself with my little girl. Well I am off to get the housework done and head to the gym before it closes for lunch.
