Too Many Carbs!!!!!

The Carb Monster attacked me tonight! I ate out 2 nights in a row! Not good! I did exercise some level of self control, but not enough for me to be proud.

My walk/run time suffered for it too. 46:22 tonight. And my overall average was down. A couple of short sprint sessions were the only thing that saved it at all. I just started telling myself, if I miss my time, I am only punishing myself.

Had a CRAPPY emotional evening too. I don't think that helped. Glad I did go to the gym as soon as we got home from dinner. Otherwise, I am sure I would have turned to MORE CARBS to soothe my soul.

Tomorrow will be better. : )
