working out more and have more energy seems like short range goal is in reach but been there before so I need to keep working . i think its good to keep up with weekly weight instead of everyday.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

Nice weight loss! I weigh every day, but I enjoy it. If you want to weigh in weekly, it is fine. Do what is best for you! Good luck!
