Well I think I want to measure myself every week now too. Maybe that will help me really see the difference and stick to this life change. I'm having a hard time doing that. When my stress kicks in my eating does too. I have a little over 4 weeks til I leave for vacation so I want to be at 215 by then at least. I know I can totally do it. So Tammy get up off you butta and do it. Sorry just talking to myself. It's almost friday and as a stay at home mom I am craving some adult interaction. TTYL everyone and keep smashing!!

I really like weighing myself one a week, because then all through the week I dont have ups and downs, I just do the best I can, eat good and excersize and work hard, and then on Saturday Morning I weigh, sometimes I dont lose any weight, and somtimes I gain, but I know that the less I weigh everyday, the more focused I am on the end result....
