Revans's Journal, 15 March 2011

Yesterday, I worked out on the Wii for 45 minutes. This morning I worked out on the treadmill for an hour. I had a weak moment yesterday and ate a slice of pound cake. I am having a hard resisting sweets lately. Any suggestions?

White Chocolate Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding made with Skim Milk- that's my fav when I have a sweetness craving! I make sure to have room in my calories for something sweet, I keep chocolate in the house and have about two pieces after dinner because I know I need something.

if dieting was easy, we'd all be skinny. just keep working out and you'll be able to have the lil extra here and there and not worry about it. a few years ago when i was in shape and working out a lot, i was eating wendys or bk for lunch everyday. it was stupid i know but at the time all the working out was burning it off without a problem.

I'm doing Atkins and they have some really great tasting low car and no sugar products, it's worth a try.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I was about to have a sugar meltdown!!!! I am going to try something sweet tonight.
