Diea's Journal, 25 July 2014

Last night I had an extra burrito (tortilla with dip = 141 calories) and many squares of dark chocolate (257 calories). I reached my daily caloric limit before 5pm but passed it due to an ice cream craving that I caved into around 11 am. I was supposed to stop eating at 5pm, but didn't. I came home and made myself another little meal. Because of this, I really thought I would have gained weight this week, but I didn't!!

0.2 lbs lost this week! Surprising and very nice!

I'm glad I'm still losing.

142.6 lb Lost so far: 84.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
