I'm not sure what happen. Went out of town. Eat healty. Did drink but swam, walked the whole time. Little discouraged.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

It's a little blip. We all have gains now and again. Who knows? Travelling can make you retain water. Sodium from eating out (tons of sodium in restaurant food). Hormones, stress, sickness, inflammation, etc. and many more affect our water weight and shifts the scale up and down all the time. Renew your motivation! Dig those heals in and keep going! You GOT this!
