I see the Dr.in 2 weeks and I will finally record my weight. I personally don't know, however I have lose 8"from my waistline. I still want to lose 5 more inched.

I still haven't weighed my self but I go to the Dr .at the end of June. I have lose 7 1/2 inches at my waistline. I've been staying pretty close to my new diet. Not a diet but my diet. I do problems going places because so many restaurants use high frutose corn syrup. I bake using organic product that satisfies my family and myself. I have people come up to me and say that I lost a lot of weight but ii truly don't know yet.

I haven't weighed my self at the doctor. I won't until the doctor in the 3 month period. However I started a detox on the April 11th, no pills or craziness. It's raw fresh or organic frozen Veggies and fruit. It's artificial sweeteners,dairy-free,meat-free, sugar-free,processed-free and grain-free. It was easier for me I guess. I'm allergic to milk and I'm diabetic. So I stopped eating a lot of bread. I was using stevia and monk fruit but I was using splenda. This Detix lasted 1s days then a modified diet for 21 days. I have been having 3 smoothies for 14 days and 2 smoothies for my second week. Next week I eat 2 meals and 2 snacks and a morning smoothie. How ever I lost 4inches
