Way too much sodium lately, I'm bloated. However, on a positive note... this morning I put on a pair of pants that I haven't worn in a couple months. They are quite loose in the waist area, I had to put on a belt which I didn't have to do last time I wore them! So as much as I hate the scale not moving, I am noticing that certain parts of my body have slimmed down a bit. I really wish I would have measured at the start of this, that probably would make me feel better. Oh well, too late now. Maybe I'll start...

Tonight I'm heading to the grocery store to stock back up on fruits and veggies to keep me going. I hate when I reach the point of not having choices at home and I'm reduced to eating all the packaged and frozen food. I know that's partly what's hurting me. I just wish I didn't hate grocery shopping so much! I don't know why I do, once I'm there I suppose it's not that bad. I just put it off until absolutely necessary and then have to completely load up. If I did it more often I probably wouldn't mind it so much because I could buy less at a time.
159.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
