fell into the whole "eat what you can find" rutine. It's been s hard to get back on track. I am guessing that's because of me being comfortable with my weight right now. And yes, have lots more to loose, but I feel great. Maybe I just need to maintain for awhile until I get fed up with it and get the resolve to start again. As long as I do not go over 200lbs again I will be happy.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
