Not having a scale here is very hard. Very very hard! I am not liking that.
I got up this morning and went to the workout room. I did 30 mins on the elliptical and then some weights. yay! Hope to do more tonight or maybe swim. I am trying to watch what I eat but am very snacky. I accidentally missed bfast this morning so I feel like all day I have been playing catch up. I am hungry now but avoiding eating for a few mins. I dont know what we have that would be good.
Trip is going well and right now my husband is on an interview and i am in a small hotel room with 5 kids. As he was leaving he said, "good luck, lol"
Praying I have not gained a ton of weight!
