Craving a sausage, egg, & cheese Croissan'wich and I checked the calories; 500 each. Tried bargaining with myself that I wouldn't eat any chocolate. Okay, I'm craving two of 'em! Clenched my jaw and drove right past the restaurant to go home.

Wound up eating chocolate anyway.

I love me a good breakfast sandwich....the croissant is the part that's getting ya there...I subbed in a multigrain english muffin, turkey sausage crumbles, provolone cheese, and egg beaters eggs..sometimes a slice of tomato if I'm feeling dangerous....around 200cals :)

My suggestion to you is just "watch your sugar intake." You want to use the sweets as a "treat" instead of having it in your everyday menu. At least you are thinking about your food menu, and that is a good thing. Have a great day.
