Well I fell hard off the wagon! I was doing good loosing weight and eating healthy. Time to kick start this again. :)
On my 3rd day back at the gym. Trying to work myself back into the swing of things. Arg!!! When I look across the Gym and spy the elliptical machine, I remember how much I despise my nemesis.
Today I walked over to that infernal elliptical machine, I said in my best super hero voice while pointing at it, "You Sir will not vanquish me today! I will prevail in this battle."
40 minuets later I had to retreat as the elliptical machine had drained me of all my super energy and had caused my cardiovascular system to work extra hard. However, as a was fleeing the scene, I looked over my shoulder, glaring at my arch enemy and said, "I will see you tomorrow!"
