Well, here I go again. I started a month ago at 278. That is the heaviest I have ever been And I am not happy being this big. I joined a gym with Kalig but haven't gone past the first week. I watched Extreme Weight Loss last night and it has helped to renew my goal. I know that diet alone won't get me where I want to be. Time to get busy!
269.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
