Starting to feel better: less tummy troubles & less anxiety symptoms today. Not 100% yet but definitely getting there.

I saw another user had a long list of mini goals listed on her profile. She had checks next to the goals that she has already reached. I really liked that idea, so I'm going to be a big, fat copy cat :)

Generally, I'm feeling good. I am slightly concerned that I might not be eating enough calories. Currently, I am not logging my food. I have in the past and have found it very helpful. But, I'm reluctant to start logging again. I become laser focused on logging and spend way too much time on it. I don't want it to take over my life again. It may be a necessary evil. Only time will tell.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Logging your food helps you to see what you are doing right, and if not, then you can see what you could do to make slight changes. A croissant is 231 calories while an English Muffin is 132 calories. A high fiber tortilla might be 60 or 80. Etc.
