I am so close to giving up right now! I've been doing everything I can to eat healthy, whole foods but my weight crept up AGAIN!
I think I'm going to stop getting on the scale and just concentrate on eating as healthfully as I can.
Along with meditation and also starting to exercise (starting small but will build up!) I will just do the best I can for ME!

Never give up, otherwise the agony will get a whole lot worse much quicker! Eating healthily is just as good as adding the odd pound or two, as it will benefit your inner-self rather than what you look like on the dreaded scales. Your body will adapt sooner or later, especially with some mild exercise & meditation too. Good luck!

Aw, don't give up. One day at a time. Write down the reasons you want to lose weight and put it up somewhere. Everyone has down times but you can do it. Up and at 'em :-)

I think you answered your own frustration. Getting on the scale so often can really throw a person off there game. If I can make a suggestion, instead of weighing in, try measuring yourself. I am sure you will see some kind of difference when you measure yourself. Meditation is also very good, and exercise is extremely good. Like you said start out small and work your way up from there. Under NO circumstances do you give up, we are here for you. You can and will do this !!! :)

It is very important the combination of eating right and exercise. Eat unprocessed food. Cook your own meals from fresh ingredients. No junk food or fast food. Also starting small with exercise is not good. You have to push yourself. Do as much as you can without injuring yourself. "...when you push yourself you'll force your body to adapt and change" ~Jillian Michaels And most of all - never give up. You can do it!

“If you think you are beaten, you are; If you think you dare not, you don't. If you'd like to win, but think you can't It's almost a cinch you won't. If you think you'll lose, you've lost, For out in the world we find Success being with a fellow's will; It's all in the state of mind. If you think you're outclassed, you are: You've got to think high to rise. You've got to be sure of yourself before You can ever win a prize. Life's battles don't always go To the stronger or faster man, But soon or late the man who wins Is the one who thinks he can.”

You can't do anything about the past, yesterday is gone so focus on today. One day at a time and don't beat yourself up if you put weight on every now and then, look at the bigger picture and take one day at a time. You WILL get there just don't give up.

Keep plugging away at it, I have given up so many times in the past when scales were either going up or not moving down, its never the solution. Stick with it and be patient, it will happen, have faith in your plan and keep strong :)

A lot of people are being really positive. Which is very lovely but the only person who is gonna fix you is you. And the only way to fix you is to be motivated to do it. Find out what motivates you. For me it was hearing a consultant liver professor tell me at my bedside in hospital that I was "5 years past my sell by date" and "if I didn't stop being stupid I would die". Yes those were her exact words. I have a lovely wife (who was holding my hand at the time) and 2 kids. That was me at 127kg. I was motivated to change and now I am 103kg (2 years and no diets = lifestyle change!) and I ain't gonna stop until I have lost another 15kg. You have to find out what motivates you to fix you because you are never gonna lose weight if your head isn't right. Good luck.
