I know, right? I feel like I ate like crap last week. My intakes has been close to 1800 calories a day. I guess you were right about needing to up my calories to start burning some again. I'm going to try my hardest to reach the 160s by August 1st.

I would like to hit my goal weight by November but I'm trying not to think about it too much. We both know our bodies are calling the shots now lol. Glad the increase in calories is helping. I've been experimenting with a slight increase is carbs that (knock on wood) seems to be working. Change is good :) Keep up the great work, you are killing the miles challenge!!
