I think I had a lot more food yesterday then I realize that the day when on period for breakfast half a cup of yogurt, half a cup of granola, half cup of raspberries. A small DQ milkshake for lunch. I had a spec later on consisting of half a dozen crackers and hummus as well as half a cup of potato salad and half a cup of green beans. Then I had supper which was 5 or 6 eggplant fries, a couple of pieces of broccoli knee with a very salty sauce and two of the tacos from Sonora grill. I also had two glasses of wine

How does this happen, oh yes, I ate with other people yesterday. Lunch was with Roger and DQ was the only option. I suppose I could have had one of their hot dogs, yuck but shows the milkshake instead. Supper was with barb vitamin. I not very hungry waiting for her as she was late and had the green beans and potato salad. By the time she got here it was late evening and that's when I had supper. I always eat more when I am with people.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 12.6 lb a week
