finally a slight drop down, but hardly anything significant.

Its been so warm here the last few days that i've really swollen up. I normally use my wedding ring as an indication - and yesterday I got so blown up that it barefly fit - normally its too big.

So last night I drank an amazing amount of water and tea to try to flush out my system. Success was minimal as it seems I am still pretty water retaining.

Such a shame because I was averaging around 59.2 so I was hoping to make it to 58 soon.

Lets see what this week brings :)
131.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
