My legs are like rubber. I was dreaming I was on the beach and it was hard to walk; and then I woke up and my legs are sore from yesterday's workout.

Today I weighed myself and recorded it; but I know I have to stop doing that everyday.... I should just do it on one day a week and let it be!

Today I have to go tell the little ones about David the Shepherd Boy and then play piano for church services and then practice with the children's choir and puppet troop for next month's children's church. I will have to pack a lunch. Maybe after all that if I am not so tired that I take a nap.... maybe I'll go out for a walk and enjoy the beautiful day outside!

The trouble with my walking these days is my old doggie who cries when I'm away and would be extremely put out if I left him behind... because his hips aren't as strong these days to take those long long walks we used to take. He is 14 years old now.

Later:
Didn't have to play the piano... but got to sing with the congregation! Yay! Just got back from practice with the kids. I am tired; but it's too beautiful outside to take a nap!
