how does one gain after a full day of liquid diet???? ugh so disappointing! Oh well, My son's 16th birthday today... Off to finish his homemade banana cake with peanut butter fluff filling and coconut buttercream frosting! So not on my diet, but i have to sneak a bite :) Everyone have a great day!
