I am doing good thus far. I am staying focused on what I am putting in my mouth. Next week going to Texas for work. These meetings serve so much food and alcohol. It's going to be a challenge ,but I think I am up to it. I have looked at my options for BBQ restaurants and figured I could have ribs and chicken without the sauce,but I have to think about the sodium. We will see!
