Blew my NET carbs today and I'm so pissed because I was on the right track at 20, but I had a hypoglycemic attack and blood sugar was down to 75 so I had to eat jelly, drink apple juice, etc. I'm still shaking. I've been eating so well for the last 3 months that I think my diabetes is going away. Made the mistake of taking my meds which brought this on. So happy diabetes is going away.

Wonder what the scale will show tomorrow? I will still be under RDI....so maybe I will still lose. I don't mean to be under RDI, I just literally start to feel sick forcing myself to eat 1400 calories. And to think, fatsecet suggested 2200. OMG! LOL!!!

Anyone have an opinion out there on what to do about my RDI? I'm 226 pounds and have moderate excercise. Do you think I can maybe lower it to 1300? I know you have to eat to lose weight, I just have a hard time finding the food to fill all those calories witout being sick.
