One of the bad habits that I used to have was drinking soda. I mean a lot of soda. It was very typical for me to go to the local convenience store, fill up a 32oz cup of coke and drink it withing 10 minutes. I was hooked on it.
Now, I am learning to enjoy seltzer. I buy the flavored cans with no sodium and although at first the taste made me gag, now I am actually beginning to enjoy it.
210.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
