I am really trying hard to make this work. I still have major cravings for unhealthy foods but every pound that I drop makes me less tempted to cheat. The running on the treadmill ois also getting easier. I managed 55 minutes at 3.5mph and 2% incline. I found (duh) that watching something like a movie or tv really helps.
